This is one of our favourite ever loft conversions as it combines all of the best elements of a potential loft conversion; split level and a terrace, and it does it with amazing taste and style!

With considerations to creating a fall for rain water, laying hardwood decking and installing a 1.1m high opaque glass privacy screen, this terrace is an incredible outdoor space!

We vaulted out the front roof pediment to increase the size of the loft front bedroom.
