We have used Roof Top Rooms three times now. Twice in a previous property for a loft and kitchen extension, and in our new house for a loft conversion. The fact that we keep on coming back is testament to the quality, craftsmanship, trust and satisfaction that Roof Top Rooms gives. I couldn't recommend them enough, the fact that several of the people involved in our projects have become friends is another ringing endorsement. Always going above and beyond.

We would highly recommend Rooftop Rooms to anyone looking to do a loft conversion. From beginning to end, they were excellent. They listened, understood and advised on what was important to us throughout. All their workers were friendly, punctual and quick to address any issues. We’re thrilled with both the end result and the process

We used Rooftop Rooms for a dormer loft conversion in our Victorian terrace last year and were very pleased with the overall experience. From the outset, Colin was clear about what was required and offered some excellent design ideas to help maximise the space. Rooftop Rooms also has a transparent pricing structure, which meant we had a clear understanding of costs from the beginning. As with any construction project, there were a few inevitable teething issues along the way, but Gary was always quick to respond and came to site promptly whenever needed to resolve them—even on bank holidays. Any communication challenges we experienced were generally with subcontractors rather than the Rooftop team themselves, who were consistently professional, polite, and helpful. Sally and Hayley in the office were excellent throughout the project, keeping everything organised and ensuring matters were followed up efficiently. Overall, I would happily recommend Rooftop Rooms. Their transparency, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service made the process much smoother. As with any building project, maintaining clear communication and regular site visits is key, and Rooftop supported this well throughout.

We used Rooftop rooms for our loft conversion (double dormer in an L shape). We are delighted with the amazing space they have created for our family and the loft was finished to a high standard. Throughout the process, staff in the office and on site were friendly, professional and helpful. They employ highly skilled trades and are experts in this area. Thank you Rooftop rooms!

Roof Top Rooms has just completed my loft conversion and the work from start to finish was handled with excellence. All snags were finalised, the whole team from the office to the tradesmen worked efficiently with little mess and were a joy to be around. I'm beyond thrilled with my new bedroom and shower room and I highly recommend Roof Top Rooms. It wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. Special thanks to Gary who managed the project with care, Sally and Hayley for their invaluable advice in the office and their weekly schedules. Dan, Billie and Terry who built the dormer and the rest of the team (electricians, plasterers, carpenter, plumbers, tiler, snag team) who were all fantastic!

Rooftop Rooms did a fantastic job on our loft conversion. The bulk of the building work was completed within two months which was greatly appreciated in winter. They gave us lots of good advice throughout the process and were flexible and considerate to the changes we asked for - things like window types and sizes, electrical socket placements, bathroom layout etc. The end result was exactly what we wanted and I would definitely recommend them.

We have used Rooftop Rooms now for the 2nd time to do our loft conversion in Hadley Wood. It was a big, ambitious project that involved removing the whole roof, lifting the gables on each side and creating 3 x huge dormas at the back, and 2 x dormas in the front. They employ all their own tradesmen, who are the nicest builders we have ever met. Most of the employees were still with them from the last time we used them 8 years ago to do our loft conversion in Whetstone, which just show that the company is run by nice people. They are trustworthy and keep their promises. Gary and Colin, the two owners, just does not let you down and are always there to ensure that we were happy. They go out of their way to keep everything on track, and communication was outstanding throughout the 9 month project. Yes, things can go wrong, but they just on it straight away and sort it out - no questions asked and no quibbles.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently had a loft conversion completed by Rooftop Rooms Ltd., adding two new bedrooms and a bathroom to our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The quality of their work was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail. A significant part of the project involved replacing our entire stairwell, as the original staircase needed to be reversed to accommodate the new layout. This structural change was managed flawlessly, with exceptional craftsmanship. The project started on time and was completed within the promised timeframe, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was seamless throughout; the team responded promptly to all our questions, providing helpful options and suggestions at every stage. Special thanks to Kerry, Hayley, and Sally for coordinating everything so well, arranging all the tradespeople, and keeping the project running smoothly. We’d also like to thank Garry, the on-site project manager, who was incredibly supportive and patient, addressing our queries during the build. We highly recommend Rooftop Rooms Ltd. for their exceptional craftsmanship, communication, and reliability!

Rooftop rooms are known as the best loft conversions in Enfield for very good reason. Their customer care, service and delivery is first rate from design to build and finishing.
We are really pleased with the end product and can highly recommend Rooftop Rooms tilers, decorators, electricians, plasterers and the carpentry is fantastic.
We went for panelled fitted wardrobes and the end results are super.
Also opted for a skylight and feature window and the rooms is just a lovely place to be with a gorgeous bathroom finished to the highest standard.
My wife was nervous about all the building work but it was done in good time and we had regular updates from the friendly team every week. Big thanks to Sally, Hayley, Kerry and the gang for such a great team effort and good customer service.
Go with rooftop rooms, you won’t regret it!
