These clients knew exactly what to expect in terms of our standard of workmanship as this was their second conversion with us! Unusually both were loft conversions in conservation areas in the eclectic and gorgeous leafy suburb Muswell Hill.
This Edwardian terraced property is located in a conservation area in Muswell Hill. To meet the requirements of the conservation guidelines we had to create two dormers externally as this preserves more of the original sight line of the roof: our design team worked closely with the client and the local authority planning department to achieve a successful planning application.
It was very important in property of this status to ensure that the conversion worked sympathetically with the architectural design, the remit was to create two bedrooms for the children, as you can see, we were able to create some quirky designs for the children, whilst blending with the style of the property.
